Variables
Green Heron
Occurred the most disproportionately in hexagons with up to 47%
towns and cities or with 3-38% agricultural lands in western Oregon.
Farther east, associated positively with presence of lakes/reservoirs
and/or relatively low acreage of public land. The logistic regression
analysis showed positive or negative association with big sagebrush
shrubland, elevation (hex. avg.), the extent of public land, towns and
cities, April minimum temperature (hex. min.), and July minimum
temperature (hex. min.).
